1. About these terms

Beheadline (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independently operated digital newspaper and website advertising service based in India. These terms govern your use of the service and your submissions. By submitting a story or purchasing copies, you agree to these terms and the linked pricing and listing moderation policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to submit a story or make a purchase. If you act for a business or another person, you must have their authority to do so. Questions can be sent to contact@beheadline.com.

2. What your purchase provides

You purchase a sponsored website listing with a selected number of “copies.” Copies are digital ranking units, not physical newspapers, downloads, or guaranteed impressions. The minimum purchase is $1 USD for 100 copies, with each additional $1 buying 100 more copies. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal.

Listings that pass the content checks are published automatically after payment is verified. Publication is the online delivery of the listing; there is no physical shipment. Lower-ranked listings may appear in the pamphlets section.

3. Ranking and advertising results

The current score is copies + (2 × recorded X likes). Likes are recorded when the submission is prepared for payment, not continuously updated. Higher scores rank above lower scores; earlier accepted submissions win ties. You do not acquire ownership of a column, a fixed position, or exclusive placement.

Positions can change as submissions are published. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, revenue, or uninterrupted display. A payment does not exempt your listing from the moderation policy.

4. Your content and permission to publish

You remain responsible for your website, submitted text, images, and linked X post. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and display them. Review suggested text before publishing; you are responsible for the final description and any claims it makes.

You keep your rights in your content. You give Beheadline a non-exclusive permission to fetch, process, store, format, and display the submitted material as needed to prepare your preview, perform content checks, and provide your listing and share page. This includes using our service providers for those purposes.

Preparing a story creates a public share page before payment. Do not submit private or confidential material. Public pages and previews may be copied or cached by search engines, social platforms, and other visitors.

5. Acceptable use and moderation

Follow the listing moderation policy. Do not submit unlawful content, material you have no right to use, or content designed to steal information, distribute malware, or defraud readers. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass its safeguards, or falsify payment information.

We may reject, restrict, or remove a listing that violates these terms or applicable legal requirements. Automated content approval is not an endorsement or a certification of a destination website. Reports and appeals can be sent to our support email with the listing URL and relevant details.

6. Payments, billing issues, and refunds

Our payment provider handles checkout as the merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Provide accurate billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

For a refund request, duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or a listing that did not appear after payment, contact contact@beheadline.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details. Refund requests are considered under the payment provider’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law; contacting us does not itself guarantee a refund.

If a refund is processed, the corresponding copies are deducted and ranking is recalculated. Removing a listing and refunding a purchase are separate actions. A change of rank is part of how the service works and is not itself a failure to publish. Nothing in these terms removes refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. External websites and availability

Listings link to websites operated by others. Their content, products, privacy practices, and transactions are their responsibility. Visiting a listing does not make Beheadline a party to a purchase on that website.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If an issue affects your purchase, contact us so it can be investigated. These terms do not exclude responsibility or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the revised date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website or another appropriate channel. An update does not retroactively change the price or quantity of a completed purchase, or remove your mandatory rights.
